The Team

Paul is a qualified management accountant and has decades of experience working for companies just like yours. We won't say he is OCD, but he is process driven and always makes sure things are done right first time round.

He had a previous career in football as a goalkeeper for Exeter City and is an avid Coventry City fan, but we will not hold that against him!

Jodie is AAT qualified, with level 2, 3 and 4. She's a methodical worker and needs to see any problem out to the end to ensure everything is correct and present... this is why she is the perfect team leader! For her, the best part of working with lots of different clients from different business sectors means no day is the same.

Outside of the office, Jodie loves being at a gig outside in the sunshine with a few cold ciders!

Having worked as a teaching assistant in a local primary school for over 20 years, Ali decided on a career change! Her organisational, communication and team-work skills transfer nicely between the two roles. She's task driven and loves working methodically to get jobs done.

Outside of work, she loves being with her family, paper crafting and spending time in The Lakes, exercising little Lottie's legs.

Ann is a QBE Bookkeeper with 16 years experience. She will always do her best and will do everything in her power to ensure your books are balanced.

Ann is animal mad and has always had dogs which are definitely a huge part of her family. She is fortunate to have a caravan up in Cumbria which she loves to escape to as often as possible.

Caitlin is Xero, QuickBooks and Dext certified. She's great with emerging technology and loves being part of Team CASS and supporting our customers.

She also loves to travel and go to new places - with a bucket list of countries to tick off! Caitlin also enjoys attending festivals and concerts.

Kirsty's passion for numbers started early in her career, 25 years later, she still very much enjoys the variety and challenges of bookkeeping. She gets great satisfaction when the books balance, problems are resolved and the to do list gets ticked off.

Kirsty's weekends are filled with adventures in her campervan with her husband and sausage dog. As well as being a runner, she is crazy enough to open water swim all year round!

Chloe has 6 years accounting experience and is Level 2 AAT qualified, and Xero certified. She has a keen eye for detail and is very well organised with her work.

In her spare time, Chloe enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband and daughter, and training at the gym.

Tom has experience in a wide range of fields, but his love for numbers and problem solving is what's brought him to Team CASS.

He welcomes any new challenge to keep him on his toes! Outside of work, Tom loves being active whether that's having a kickabout or going to the gym.

Bella has over 3 years experience in the retail sector, until a change of career direction brought her to CASS. The communication and teamwork skills she picked up in her previous roles transfer nicely to CASS's busy office, and she is eager to learn new skills too.

In her spare time, Bella loves socialising with friends, filming TikToks and relaxing in the company of Netflix.

Danie is AAT level 2 & 3 qualified, currently studying level 4. She has over 10 years experience in accounting and is ready to apply her skills into all aspects of digital bookkeeping here at CASS. She is very organised, loves a challenge and is a true team player.

In her spare time, Danie enjoys a spa day with the girls, walks with the dogs and family days out with her children and husband.

Hannah loves working on CASS's marketing strategy with Paul & Ali, executing our plans and reviewing the outcomes to evolve it further.

Hannah has a passion for sustainability and in her spare time she loves to go walking and do charity work.

Lottie might look little but she is in charge at CASS HQ. She's ready each morning to greet the team with a waggy tail and an offer to give her some fuss, and maybe even tickle her tum!

You'll often see her picture taking over Xero's twitter feed when she's not making sure the staff are smiling.
